My name is Noa Simmons and my life revolves around design and style. My inspiration is frequently stimulated in unusual places, from experiences in my childhood in Israel, from my travels around the world and from the different places I?ve lived in.
My design style is very personal. I consult rather than dictate, I suggest rather than enforce. I encourage my clients to think outside the box, dare and experiment with their personal preferences. I always aim to ensure a relaxed atmosphere and create an open space where my clients and I can play with different designs and styles until we find the perfect composition that defines who they are.

Home Staging Knowing what needs to be done and actually doing it are two different things, which is why Noa offers hands-on Staging Services to both home-owners and real estate agents.
Noa begins with a complete and thorough walk-through giving you a detailed analysis of your home's attractions, as well as the trouble spots. From curb appeal, to room-by-room assessment, to what repairs and investments may be needed for a quicker sale and higher profit. You will be advised how to specifically show off your home to make a premiere presentation, in prioritized order. Your instructions will be stream-lined so your efforts in the process can be simplified and the results extremely effective. A follow-up print out with specific enhancement instructions and easy remedies given in the initial consultation can be ordered for an additional fee. Copies of this print out will be supplied to both home-owner and real estate agent.
