As a task force member I took part of the relaunch of the company’s inter- and intranet. I also trained co-workers working with the company’s new content management system, expanded training components on other software, and proofreading and updating webpage in English.

Complex Problem Solving Skills
Managed three complex statistical projects, which led to an updated process work flow that focused on integrating new employees within the work culture and retention of institutional knowledge. The project statistically analyzed internal work flow efficiency, the sales volume – employee ratio, and loss of revenue due to improper flow management. The project led to increased profitability by better managing workflow, employee workload, and maintaining a highly-skilled work force, by fully implementing HR capabilities, IT and administration, as well as individual departments.
At an earlier opportunity I analyzed internal, communication work-flow and recommended more efficient communication processes. By implementing the recommended changes, the company increased its volume of sales by 10 %

Compilation of Target List – (list of industry sectors, target companies and target candidates to approach.

Response Management Services – I screened and filtered the response the bank/executive research received to their campaigns. I managed professionally, including tactfully handling all rejections on the banks/executive research behalf.

Sales skills
As a Call Center Representative I talked to member all over the country; membership renewal and contributions representative for VIP customer list (NARAL, Emily’s List, pbs/New York). All calls led to 15% renewal or 35% additional contributions.
Sale of German organic delicatessen bread at four Farmer’s Markets in the Bay Area and Sweet potato peach pie on several shows. Other duties include distribution, sales analysis, and bread/pie production.
