Professional Resume:
Lisa began practicing yoga in 200. a few years later she was introduced to Astanga by a teacher and friend. It was then that she found the style that resonated with her, an energetic vibrant practice that filled her with a sense of strength and well-being. This was the practice that taught her to focus and discipline her mind and body. Lisa completed a 6 month teacher training intensive with master teacher Anne Nowell specializing in Astanga and Yoga Therapy. She also holds a bachelors degree in psychlogy and extensive training in behavioral methodology. Lisa thinks the best yoga practice is one filled with laughter and acceptance of ones self.
