We will come to you at a low cost. If your computer can be fixed on site, we will. If your computer requires extensive work/parts we request to take the computer back to our shop. If in home service is not desired we offer pickup and delivery at the same cost for your convince or you can chose to drop the computer off yourself.

Basic Desktop Diagnostics..........................................................................FREE
This is the standard diagnosis package for all desktops. Includes evaluation of unit based on problem description. You will get a complete and accurate estimate, including recommendations of upgrade options.
Basic Laptop Diagnostics.....................................................................FREE
Because laptops are more compact and more complicated they require additional diagnostic time. This package will include evaluation of unit based on problem description. You will get a complete and accurate estimate including recommendations of upgrade options. (Free for software or basic hardware problems . There will be a $20 charge if the laptop requires disassembley)
Virus Removal - Security Check & Speed Up Package....$75
If your computer is slow and you get allot of pop ups this is the package for you. Viruses can easily take all your personal information and data on your computer. This can be very unsafe especially if your computer holds customer information. With this package we will simulate a attack on your computer to check its vulnerability. We will fix any problems we find as well as update windows. If you find any viruses or spy ware we will use powerful programs to remove the infection. (mild infections only - severe infections may require a Reformat) If you order this service and the virus is to severe and Reformat is required the Virus/Spyware Removal fee will be waived. This service now includes the SPEED UP PACKAGE (See Below)
Reformat (With Out Data Backup).................................$125
Reformat (AKA Operating System Reload) will wipe everything off your computers hard drive then the basics are reloaded. Your computer will be as fast and efficient as it was the day you first used it. We will recommend upgrade options to make the computer even faster if your desire. Includes dust removal, format & re installation of Windows (98,ME,XP,or VISTA, Or Windows 7) with installation of all current Windows Updates, Installation of drivers & support software for hardware in system, and Installation of AVG anti-virus package and perform anti-virus updates. Every Reformat will come with all the basic program to make your computer run great along with a few extras including Open Office, Java, Flash, Acrobat Reader, Nero/Roxio, Shockwave, & Direct X. (Reformat must be done in our shop as it can take up to 3 hours to complete)
Reformat (With Data Backup).................................$155
If you are just getting your computer Reformatted you will lose all of your personal files. With this option we will save ALL of the files of your choice on a provided external USB Hard drive. The files will then be scanned for viruses and once clean, transferred back on the computer after its been reformat and will appear in a folder on the desktop. If no folders are specified then the only saved folders will be Desktop, My Documents, and Internet Explorer Favorites.
Component Installation & Testing...............................$25
If you need RAM, a Hard Drive, Video Card, or any other hardware component installed into your computer this is the package for you. Includes installation configuration & testing of component.
Remote/Phone Support......................................$50/HR
Remote support via TeamViewer software allows a technician access to your computer threw the internet as if he was in your home. The TeamViewer software is a small FREE executable available in the download section. You do not need to install any software. Please see the ?Remote Support? tab on the home page for more info. Remote Support will only work if the computer boots up and has high speed internet access. We are only able to fix software problems (Driver issues, Mild Virus/Spyware issues) using Remote Support.($25 Minimum Charge)

Speed Up Package (NEW)...............................$49.99
