Cancellation Policy Client will make every effort to contact Contractor via phone or e-mail at least 24 hours in advance of any service cancellations. Any cancellation that is received by the Contractor fewer than 24 hours in advance shall cause Client to be billed for 25% of the first scheduled visit. If Client cancels a service that is in progress, but not yet completed, Client will be billed for the first unused visit. Boarding and overnight services cancelled fewer than 5 days before the scheduled dates are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.
