What do I need to do? ~
Choose a date, get a head count and call me to discuss the details (24-hour notice appreciated) I bring the cookware, prepare and present the appetizers and main dish along with dinner music. You provide the kitchen, flat ware, dishware, stemware, drinks and desert.
~ Does the price include food? ~
Yes - all pricing includes food.
~ Can I mix and match the appetizers? ~
Yes - I’m happy to prepare any of the appetizers you would like to serve your guests
~ How long does the Party last? ~
Parties are generally 3 to 4 hours long with an hour of prep work. After desert I break down, clean up and leave you and your guests to enjoy the rest of your night.
~ What methods of payment do you accept? ~
Cash and check
~ Can you help out with drinks and desert? ~
Absolutely - I am happy to help out with the drink/wine selection as well as the desert selection. I always recommend a lemon, raspberry or mango sorbet served with a sprig of mint and/or your favorite cheese cake! We can discuss when planning your party. The Fish Taco Party is served with fresh squeezed Margaritas…. Yummy!
~ What if I need to cancel? ~
24-hour advanced cancellation notice appreciated - It’s a crazy city and things happen. Contact me immediately if you need to cancel your party.
~ What is the music selection? ~
I have put together of great collection of dinner music classics including Harry Connick Jr. Diana Krall, Nate King Cole, Frank Sinatra, Luis Armstrong, Norah Jones, Dean Martin, Ella Fitzgerald, John Mayer, Jack Johnson, Stan Getz and more!
