How Coaching Works:
Coaching can be done either face to face or over the telephone. Many people prefer the convenience of the telephone, but the choice is yours!
After an initial 60-90 minute "get to know you" session, coaching sessions will take place once a week and last 30-45 minutes. Normally, we will meet one day a week for three weeks, with a break over the fourth week. Between sessions, I offer unlimited email support at no extra charge.
Before each session, you will prepare a written agenda which we will use as a guideline for our point of focus.
Because coaching can be done over the telephone, it is not necessary to live in the Atlanta or North Georgia area in order to utilize the services of Bold New Day. Neither is there any need to worry about long distance charges for phone sessions, *I will call you!*
As a client of Bold New Day, you can rest assured that all information shared during your sessions will be kept in the strictest confidence!
(A minimum three month contract is recommended for best results)
