Our sport specific programs develop dynamic flexibility, core strength, balance, lateral movement, running mechanics and much more. Each Sport specific program we offer is designed to reduce injuries and improve performance. We train individuals and groups for the following sports in any age group:
Soccer - Ball skills, interval training, proper technique, confidence, precision passing, offensive and defensive strategies, play at high level for 90 minutes
Basketball - Increase leaping ability for rebounds, improve coordination, speed and endurance training
Tennis - Side to side agility to cover court, strengthen core for improved balance, develop mental focus and stamina to endure long matches
Track & Field - Learn proper running form, sprinting, endurance, winning mentality for racing events
Baseball/Softball - Gain quickness and agility to get to the ball to make a play, improve eye hand coordination and reaction time, enhanced flexibility
Football - Increase explosive power and speed, develop first-step quickness, cutting around defenders
Volleyball - Develop explosive power to jump higher, improve reactive ability to the ball, improve conditioning
