No-Show Policy
A handling fee of 50% of service total will be assessed for late cancellations and no-shows.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 24-hour cancellation window. Otherwise a cancellation fee of 50% of original services total will be assessed.

Requirements:

Credit card required for reservations and to hold appointment times. A 4 hour advance notice required for individual sessions. A 72 hour advanced notice required for group events and spa parties. Standard gratuity rate is 20%.
