Q: So what's the catch?
A: There is no catch, there are no fees for our service.
Q: Who pays you?
A: The seller pays us for finding a buyer for the property.
Our payment is in the form of a commission based on the final
sale price of the property. The commission is usually split equally between
the Listing Agent and the Selling Agent. We in turn give
a portion of our commission back to the buyer.
Q: How are you able to give me such a large cash rebate?
A: Simply put, we know you'd rather have a real estate
rebate over a houseplant.
Q: Will you still negotiate the price down?
A: Absolutely! We will negotiate the best possible
price and terms on your behalf.
Q: Why don't most companies offer buyer rebates?
A: A large majority of agents only have a few
transactions a year, so giving a rebate is completely of of the question.

Q: What if the property is for sale by owner?
