Forum Engineering, P.C. Description and Background:

Our company was established in 1996 and specializes in providing consulting services in diverse range of engineering. During this time we have completed more than 300 projects mostly in the range of $800,000 to $7,000,000 of the construction cost. These projects are for hospitals, office and apartment buildings, shopping centers, retail and industrial facilities. We also prepared numerous technical reports, studies and analysis assigned to us by Architects and/or Building Management. Our firm is recognized by New York Landmark Conservancy with Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award in 2003 for the Fortune Society Building. Our firm is not large. This fact guarantees that all work is done under direction of Principals who assumes full responsibility for the job from its inception to completion and profoundly involved in every step of the project.
