I coach people as an athletic coach would encourage his/her players except I do it in all aspects of life: career, financial, relationships, self esteem, weight loss, communication skills - you name it. My job is to help you organize your mind and your life. I do this by teaching tools to simplify and manage your physical life and combine it with exercises to make your thoughts work FOR you instead of against you.

No-Show Policy The price of a session fee will be forfeited for any no shows.
Cancellation Policy Because of our fast-paced world, all cancellations and rescheduling MUST be done before 8 PM EST or the session will be forfeited. This also applies if I call you for a session and am unable to reach you at our appointed time.
If you wish to cancel and not reschedule, 24 hours notice is required.
