No-Show Policy No Show will be treated as a penalized cancellation (see Cancellation Policy below)
Cancellation Policy If the Customer wishes to cancel a session, they must do so by notifying the Provider by NO LATER THAN the 12 MIDNIGHT immediately preceding the scheduled session between the Provider and the Customer. That is, the Provider SHOULD RECEIVE notification of the cancellation by 12 MIDNIGHT. If a cancellation is made at any time later than that, the Customer shall be responsible for paying IN FULL for the ENTIRE scheduled session.
Cancellation may be made by any communication medium, which includes, but is not limited to: face-to-face, phone, text message, email, etc. However, it is strongly suggested and preferred for the benefit of both the Customer and the Provider that the cancellation is made by email.
