Our homecare staff focuses on care progressively, as an individuals needs change. Home care typically refers to non-medical services that assist individuals with activities of daily living.
Services are regulated and licensed by the state and the services fall into three different categories.
Registered Nurses/Licensed Practical Nurses: provide total nursing care and coordinate treatment prescribed by a physician.
Personal Care Assistants: help with bathing, toileting, mobility, incontinence care, oral hygiene, feeding, special diet and meal preparation and medication reminders.
Companion/Sitters: assist in every day activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping transportation to appointments.
