The Palms is a Florida vacation home or short term corporate housing located in the peaceful community of Lake Davenport Estates. Our home has been richly furnished with many upgrades and equipped to the highest standards. We offer seperate family and living rooms, a large fully equipped kitchen, formal dining area, private enclosed heated swimming pool and brand new games room. The Palms is fully licensed by the State of Florida. It is maintained by a professional on-site management company that maintains 24 hour 7 day per week service for our guests. We offer nightly, weekly and monthly rates starting as low as $100 per night.
