For established customers, I offer remote support for $45 for the first hour and $35 for each additional hour. This may not be a useful option for some issues as remote support has some limitations and requires the client to participate to some extent. It may also require a pre-existing agreement and some changes made to your businesses computers and network prior to remote accessibility. If on-site support is required after initial remote support has been exhausted, the rate is $45 per hour.
If any hardware or software purchases are required, as the client, you have the option of purchasing the items yourself with my recommendations. If you would prefer that I purchase the items, you will have to pay for all costs plus a 10% convenience charge.
