If you are having problems with your computer(s) software or hardware, I can usually determine the problem withing 10 to 15 minutes. After asking about what the problem is, I will make a suggestion or resolve the problem. I also can use remote connection that I will provide you to help fix problem. If I don't fix the problem you don't pay. If I need to do an onsite visit, due to the rising cost of gas and living, I do charge a mileage fee of $10.00

No-Show Policy If a phone call can't resolve the problem, and we schedule a meeting, if the client isn't their, or they don't meet at the requested location. They will no longer be able to recieve services from BASE. Unless it was due to an extreme issue.
Cancellation Policy Cancellation are fine, as long as they are cancelled prior to me leaving to meet at the location discussed.
