ife Coaching Takes place in person or by telephone. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions are recommended for a minimum of thre
e months, although as few as three sessions can be the impetus needed to cause pivotal, forward movement towards your goals.
Individual coaching typically begins with clarifying goals, passion and personal values. Subsequent sessions build upon the clarity gained in session one.
Couples, marriage or family coaching typically begins with an individual session for each person. Subsequent sessions are scheduled for the couple/family together.

Typical coaching hours: M-Th 10 am-3 pm.
Coaching Cost: $125/hour
$100/hour for a three or more session package (and for self coaching program graduates/family)
$65/ 30 minute session
$50/ 30 minute for a three or more session package
and for S.C.P. grads/family
