No-Show Policy Cancellations
If it is necessary to cancel a scheduled service, Francines Errand Service requires 24 hours notice. Failure to provide any notice will result in the full price of service being charged. Cancellations within less than 24 hours of service will be assessed a $25.00 fee.
Cancellation Policy Fee Information
1 hour minimum ? billing will then be in 15 minute increments
As many services as possible will be completed in the hour
Cost of any purchases is NOT included in hourly rate
Mileage is included up to 15 miles; $.52mile beyond the 15 miles
Hourly rate begins from the time the office is left until the requested task is completed
Rates for after hours, holidays, and weekend services will exceed normal hourly rate
Cancellations require 24 hours notice or a $25 fee applies
We respectfully request payment at time of services rendered
