The Short Side: Simply ME provides advertisers the ability to market their products and services direct to consumers via the Web TV, cable, IPTV and satellit-to-home nationwide. - Our broadcast channels are in such companies as Dish Network, Comcast, NBC and Sling Media with mobile launching in June.
The Extended Version: HOW IT WORKS
a.) Cnsumers come to www.simplyme.tv
b.) Choice of programming is from Comedy to Wellness
c.) Consumer makes the choice on-demand
d.) Based on their user-profiles choice of commercial items, the insertion of video commercials are inserted between their programs like regular TV, but customized for each viewer.
e.) For local commercials through small and medium sized businesses, the consumer could then click the commercial for a coupon to be printed and/or uploaded to a mobile phone for later redemption.
f.) Each advertiser is given detailed info from consumers that had an interest and/or proceeded to redeem their coupons
Unlike traditional television, we are not constrained on the amount of commercials we could provide a region. Each household receives commercials specific to their profiles which increases the likelihood of commerce for each advertiser. The cost per thousand (CPM) for each household increases as we deliver more granular results from each viewer. Nielsen Media’s model is dependent on a small cross-section of viewers in America (50,000) and then based upon that, advertisers will then pay for their regional and/or national ads. Simply ME’s system is not dependent on a cross section of consumer responses…not even the programming. Our system is based on consumer interest to commercial items they would like to see in 30-second commercials in between their viewing experience of the programs they choose on demand.
