Cancellation Policy If, at the Client's discretion and for reasons unrelated to Wordsworth & Company's performance, a project is canceled once work has begun, the Client shall be liable for all charges to date. All plans, creative, and production items prepared by Wordsworth & Company shall remain copyrights of Wordsworth & Company until payment is received in full. Once payment is received, full rights to utilize materials within the scope of the project shall transfer to the Client and all art, copy, and other creative product prepared for the project may be released to the Client. In the event that Wordsworth & Company is not paid by the Client, any legal fees related to the collection of monies due shall become part of the total sum owed to Wordsworth & Company.
