No-Show Policy It is not unusual for plans to change at the last minute. However, please understand that Diamond Palms carefully schedules our time to service you and our other clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last minute changes to scheduled services. Once service begins, payment is due for the original dates & services scheduled.
Cancellation Policy Diamond Palms requires a full four-day notice prior to the date of the first service. Failure to provide notice in less than four days will result in a $20.00 cancellation fee payable by the client.
Requirements:
As a first time client, I agree to pay in full at the time of the consultation visit or at the time of reserving service for any given dates. For future service periods I agree to pay the deposit of 50% of total. I will submit or mail payment to Diamond Palms by the start of the first service. I understand that if there is an unpaid balance of over ten (10) days for services, Diamond Palms reserves the right to discontinue service until balance is paid in full. There will be 18% per month interest charge on any balance due beyond 10 days of end of service.
