No-Show Policy As a courtesy, please contact me at least two (2) hours before cancelling any appointment. There is no fee for cancelling the initial consultation. Other missed appointments will assess a $50 fee.
Cancellation Policy There is no fee for the initial consultation. There is a non-refundable $50 retainer fee due in full before research begins (payable at the end of the consultation), which is applied to the total. Once design elements and price quotes have been submitted and approved, 50% of the total is due and is not refundable. The balance is due upon delivery.
