If you cancel the contract Main Event Dj?s will suffer damages because of it?s obligation to these performers. Main event Dj?s therefore reserves the right to keep the deposit & collect for liquidated damages that may result due to cancellation. Purchaser understands that performance by the entertainer(s) maybe interrupted or delayed by technical difficulties or occurrences beyond their control. If for any reason Main Event Dj?s is unable to provide the entertainment for the full contracted time, your total price may be prorated at the sole discretion of Tuboota ?Showoff? Clark A.K.A. Main Event Dj?s, according to the actual time the entertainment was in progress. Purchaser also understands that the performance of the entertainer(s) listed above is subject to their illness.
