ITP Management Service, LLC as your property manager offers many services. Simply stated, our objective is to maximize income and minimize and control expenses. The services provided include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. We secure responsible renters for your units. (We check their credit, rental history, and employment)
2. We collect all rents for the owner.
3. If any residents default on us, we take care of the eviction process and send them to collections.
4. We have maintenance staff that can handle any problems that may arise.
5. We also handle any emergency calls that may occur after hours.
6. We hire contractors on behalf of the owner to handle any problems that we do not do in-house. We present all bids to the owner for approval.
7. We take care of all payables for the owner. (Utilities, contractors, etc.)
8. The owner receives a monthly report on all expenses and income received.
