The intention of our work is not to alleviate muscle spasm. Although that is often a result of our work, it is not the goal. Our actual goal is to achieve balance between the synergistic muscle groups of the body.

The properly balanced body has opposing muscles working in conjunction with each other rather then having them expend precious energy working against each other. Unfortunately, the lifestyles most of us live require repetitive movements that lead to an imbalance in the body's muscles.
