Karen has been teaching Pilates, Yoga and Weight Training for over 10 years.. She is ACE certified (American Counsel on Exercise) and a member of PMA (Pilates Method Alliance)
She grew up in NY, graduated from Marymount Manhattan College with a degree in Business Management. She moved to Los Angeles ten Years ago.
She has trained with Moira Stott, John Garey, Maty Ezra and Lisa Walford in Pilates and Yoga.
Owning a small private studio has many advantages. The location is quiet and peaceful. Most sessions are one on one, which enables each client to work at their own level and specific needs.
