Also inform client of deadlines of choices they have to make pertinent to the smoothest and fastest completion of project. Coordinates with all sub-contractors and contractor as to the client's choice's, needs, and concerns so the client can rest easy that their project is completed in the most cost efficient and timely manner.
Note: This service is one day weekly during all phases of the project and $500 is a weekly fee for this service.
