It builds up from childhood, influenced by our environment, and the information they pass on to us, which usually was passed on to them from their parents, parents parents, etc etc.
When we find ourselves in a place in life were we feel dis-empowered and when we are not producing the results that we want, the source for it is in our subconscious. Old patterns, habits, negative emotions, etc, can be released via tools that access the subconscious script. Hypnosis, NLP, EFT, among others, are all powerful tools. Once a negative dis-empowering pattern is removed, new possibilities reveal themseves in front of us, and we are no longer bound but what we 'think' we are limited to think, act, or feel, we can now make new choices, sicne the 'pressure' of the past is removed. I also have studied various types of massage in India, Thailand, Israel, and California. I provide in-home/hotel sessions as well.
Hypnosis sessions are usually 1-1.5 hrs. I also do 5-hr long sessions, for those that are interested in a thorough 'clean-up' of their internal subconscious scripting.
