The average rate for maintenance cleans on house cleaning will start at $25 per hour with a 3 hr minimum. Most rates will vary according to your house size, the number of bathrooms etc on first time cleans. Our rates are very competitive and more affordable than national franchises.? We also offer free cleans on a periodic basis as a way of saying thanks for doing business with SPARKLE & SHINE.
