Commercial lending of small-balance asset base loans.  Serving as a commercial lending broker we arrange financing for multifamily, self storage, warehouse, office, retail, mixed-use, light industrial, mobile home park, automotive and other types of  properties.

Residential mortgages licensed as an originator in Illinois providing financing of conforming, and Jumbo mortgages.  Approved FHA/VA originator licensed through Excel Mortgage, Inc.  Our services include the initial stages of credit counseling and guidance.

Home BenefitIQ administrator providing real estate and mortgage benefit programs to companies in Illinois as an employee benefit.  Our employee benefit package offers real financial savings to the employees of participating companies through pre-arranged discounts with realtors, and related real estate service providers.  The package includes offerings and consultations from CPA's, attorneys, insurance agents and other professionals wanting to market to larger groups or companies.
