I have over 28 yrs experience as a baker, cook and chef.
I started my formal training in New York City in the late '60's
and have learned Latin Cooking in Costa Rica, Peru,
Mexico and other Central & South American Countries.
I also love cooking American Style foods. Just good ol' comfort foods.
I also enjoy cooking Middle-Eastern (mostly Lebanese) and
Japanese meals. And of course, Mediterranean food.
I have helped as a Disaster Relief Volunteer Chef after
many of the natural disasters, including Katrina in the
New Orleans area.
I've prepared over 2.6 million meals in the last 28 yrs.
It's time to slow down, and use my years of experience
to your advantage.
What's a Personal Chef?
I come to your home, and use my tools and food I bring, to provide you and your family with evening meals for one or two weeks.
Some I leave fresh and refrigerated, others are fresh frozen
with detailed instructions for re-heating to preserve all the
flavor and nutritional value
