Basic Cleaning Details:
*Dusting2 (furniture, electronic devices, ceiling fans, and some light fixtures)
*Disinfecting bathrooms (sinks, master tubs, showers, and toilets)
*Removing soap scum and mildew
*Cleaning all mirrors
*Cleaning kitchen appliances on counters (microwave, coffee maker, etc.)
*Cleaning all cabinets and counters
*Polishing stainless steel
*Making beds (changing sheets3)
*Vacuuming all floors
*Emptying all trash receptacles and dumping garbage in outdoor can.4
1 I will load dishwashers and run them if the dish load is reasonable.
2 Window blinds are an extra $10 for all blinds.
3 I do not do laundry, or pick up clothes, toys, and etc. on floors (they will be moved aside for cleaning, but I will not put them in drawers, cubbies, shelves, cabinets, etc.). However, if messes are reasonable, I will tidy up a bit. I will take dirty sheets to the laundry room if sheets are being changed.
4 I will replace trash liners.
More rooms can be added or subtracted for $5 each.
Bathrooms can be added or subtracted for $7 each.
