Classes are at MMA Judo Center (40 Ray Ave. Burlington, MA). Students must train in bare feet, socks, or boxing shoes that are only worn indoors. This is because class is executed on judo matted flooring.
Be guided through an 80 minute routine which consists of: jumprope warm-up, dynamic stretching, shadowboxing, punching/footwork drills, mittwork, optional sparring, heavy bag work, shadow sparring partner drills, calisthenics, cardio/agility drills, core work, jumprope cooldown, and stretching.
$20 for walk-ins
$15 for up-front commitment to 4 or 8 sessions per monthly cycle.
