Your trainer will come to you bringing all necessary equipment. 60 minute sessions. Price typically ranges from $80-$100, but many possibilities for discounts are available and can be discussed over the phone. You can also train along with a partner, or back-to-back with a friend/family member in the same home. Both options significantly reduce price per session.
Regarding schedule, trainers are often available to train late into the evening. The schedule grid provided by this website only goes as late as 4:30pm for some reason.

Policies:
No-Show Policy You are responsible to pay for session in full if trainer arrives to your home, and you are not present within 10 minutes after scheduled start time.
Cancellation Policy You need to call your trainer's cell phone and either speak to them or leave a voicemail to cancel or reschedule by 9pm the night before your scheduled session, or else you are responsible for paying for the scheduled session in full.
