·         Provide direction and leadership in the management, control, and reporting of financial affairs.

·         Oversee the approval and processing of revenue; expenditure, in addition to ledger and account maintenance; bank reconciliation; fixed asset; property tax preparation and sales tax returns.

·         Ensure compliance with company policies, while maintaining appropriate internal control safeguards.

·         Prepare financial statements, fiscal and budget reports for internal management.

·         Develop projections and analysis with recommendations and conclusions for management.

·         Prepare monthly Borrowing Base Certificate reporting for the bank and monitor line of credit activities.

·         Coordinate bank review and year end CPA review.

·         Ensure records systems are maintained in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards.

·         Advise units on improvement of current fiscal procedures, and implementation of new fiscal policies

·         Participate in development, implementation and maintenance of policies, objectives, short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects and programs to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
