Reflexology serves to relax, improve circulation and promote a general feeling of wellness. Pregnancy Massage A Swedish massage to soothe aches and pains of pregnancy. It will increase circulation, reduce swelling and decrease muscle tension. I use body cushions that help you lay on your side for your comfort.
