Accounts Payable
Have you ever wondered how you can keep track of your bills and not pay late fees? You can even take advantage of the discounts that companies offer and you can also have a proper liability number on your Balance Sheet. It’s great to be able to depend on someone to take care of your bills. That is a big weight off your shoulders.

Accounts Receivable
Being able to have any accurate balance on the amount that you owe is wonderful. You will be able to estimate how much money will come in every week, and you can also have a collection plan.

Bank Reconciliation
You will be able to have someone that keeps track of your business income after accomplishing the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. The Bank reconciliation will tell you where every penny went and if there is any discrepancy in the business income.

Inventory Records
You need to keep track of the amount of inventory purchased, the business cost of goods sold and Inventory in stock. If you do not keep track of Inventory, you can be robbed and you will never know. 
 

Payroll
Payroll needs to be up to date always. A bookkeeper needs to identify the FICA expense and the payroll liabilities. I provide a full service for payroll in which you will receive your weekly payroll, I will make the payroll deposits for you and we will also file your payroll tax return at the end of each quarter.
