Prana Wellness, LLC a New Jersey based company provides customized wellness programs for individuals and corporations. Services are provided on location in the home or place of work for added convenience.

Prana Wellness offers a venue of services focusing upon Preventative Care, Nutrition, Fitness and Relaxation for companies looking to enhance the well being of employees and corporate culture.  Prana Wellness has developed a system focusing on the goals and the unique needs of indivuduals and comapanies alike.  The programs are customized providing indivdual care so each partcipant receives the attention they deserve.  Multi-level programs offer group care or indivdual case management.  For convience many services are available in house or through the internet.

 In addition to corporate services, Prana Wellness offers a wide array of services such as nutritional education, private chef services, yoga, personal training and massage therapy are individualized for each client's goals and needs. Customized services are about meeting the expectations of the client?s experience. Additional services provided include: wellness/spa parties, yoga parties, a massage and dinner service offering couples massage along with a private chef preparing a gourmet dinner using mostly organic and aphrodisiac ingredients. Bride and Groom packages allowing couples to reach their nutritional and fitness goals before their wedding and maintaining it afterwards. Corporate wellness services include seminars, weight loss programs, fitness programs and healthy food choices. Prana Wellness has taken great care in providing, whenever possible, organic products, while providing the best in peace, relaxation, rejuvenation, fun and good health.
