We are sensitive to the needs of the individual and we work with you every step of the way until your goal is reached. Our nutrition and weight management services are based on the most cutting edge research in the fields of nutrition and exercise, The My Vitality nutrition course was designed to be utilized in the privacy of your own home. It is designed as a 12 week curriculum.

The focus is based on educating you on sound nutrition and exercise applications. Included are a nutrition and exercise journal, a reference manual, and a CD containing the menu planning software and set up instructions. Also included are 8 follow up appointments, by phone or email, where your trainer will help you track and evaluate your progress.
