No-Show Policy
Salon Policy: Please note: We are a very busy salon and get booked very quickly, we do ask for a credit card to secure your appointment. It will not be charged at all. However if you do not cancel your appointment within 24hours your credit card will be charge 100% of the service, If you do not use a credit card we can still schedule you however your appointment is bumpable. We will contact you to let you know we need to move or delete the appointment before we actually do. Our staff works only when you show up for your appointments, Please understand. Thank you.

Cancellation Policy
if you call and reschedule within the 24hour time frame we will charge 1/2 the service, We do understand emergencies happen and we are compationate about these situations. Extensions or thermal straightenings need a 48hour notice of cancelation otherwise you will loose your deposit.
