I received 550 hours of training (national level) for my certification and I come with insurance.
My method starts at the feet with attention to reflex points and gently coaxes the energy upward with long Esalen strokes, swedish circulation treatment and a face/scalp massage for lymphatic clearing and oxygenation.
I take a holistic approach to my therapy. I have a 60 and 90 minute set but my 60 often runs over because I'm careful not to stop the therapy abruptly.
I am not Reiki certified but I do practice healing with just one simple touch.
Many of my clients have been regulars for about three years now and I love what I do.
