My specialty is locating investment opportunities that are not listed on the MLS (multiple listing service) and presenting them to investors like yourself that are in the market to buy.
This puts you the buyer in an excellent position to add to or start your real-estate portfolio with a good solid property typically below market value which in turn will give you borrowing power down the road to purchase additional property with equity from your existing investment and not out of your pocket. This is called having your investments working for you and not the other way around. (That?s a good thing!)
Another specialty of mine is saving you the investor MONEY! When you are ready to exchange a property or just sale and take the money and run, wouldn?t it be nice to take or exchange the most you possible can!
I have a 100% success ratio in selling properties with out the use of the MLS which will save you up to 3% of the sales price. With my extensive marketing plan and networking I can produce ready and willing buyers to purchase your property and save you MONEY!
I will be honest and say that not all properties fit this plan. If I feel your property would be better suited for the MLS purely for exposure purposes than I will list your property @ a 5% commission. That?s a 3% selling office and a reduced 2% listing office commission. Just because there?s a discount doesn?t mean there is a reduced amount of work that goes into selling you property. It just means I?m not greedy!
The bottom line is that I?ve made a career out of helping people buy and sell real-estate and have been very successful at doing so and would like to extend my service to you and any one you may know that would benefit from my knowledge and experience!
