Experience:
For the past 6 years I have been working as a professional personal trainer at G.I.N.A. fitness gym.
Designing personalized training programs including nutritional/diets targeting specific health conditions (obesity, overweight, high cholesterol, arthritis) in clients, and other training sessions focusing on specific problems (i.e. people with the low back and knees problems, different kinds of injuries, etc.).
For four years worked as a professional personal trainer in Olympics Reserve School in Ukraine .
For three years owned a private gym in Ukraine .

Have Ukrainian Masters Degree in Power Lifting.
