Professional Experience
Perform fitness assessments including body fat composition, strength, flexibility and cardiovascular functions. Input fitness assessment data into a computer and interprets results. Develop exercise programs for the participant's based on fitness assessment results and the participant's personal goals. Instruct participant's one-on-one using safe and proper techniques. Conduct follow-up phone calls and follow-up fitness assessments. Enforce the rules and regulations of the facility for the safety and welfare of staff and participants. Clean and maintain testing equipment. Maintain appropriate records, inventories, reports and information. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned, as well as maintaining all trainer client folders and meeting required monthly financial expectations.
