No-Show Policy There is a $300 No-Show Fee charged to any client who fails to be available during the scheduled meeting and/or event. If client reschedules the fee is still due and oweing and will be applied to the event bill. Client agrees by email acceptance of meeting and/or phone call and/or agreeing to meet that this fee is valid with or without written acknowledgement of the same.
Cancellation Policy client agrees to deposit, unless otherwise stated, the sum of at least 50%, with the balance due 5 days prior to the event or as stated herein above.
a. All deposits are refundable up to 120 days prior to the event with a 35% refund fee, after said date deposits are non-refundable. In any case non-refundable deposits are considered earned unless proven otherwise by any Federal and/or State law governing the same.
b. Deposit refunds are processed approximately 30 days after notice of cancellation and are subject to refund fees, bank charges and any damages sustained by the service provider herein named.
c. Final Payment must be made by the date specified herein referenced and/or an additional $250.00 processing fee applies. In addition, the client forfeits any and all rights under the agreement for failure to pay in the time specified herein. Additionally, the client understands and agrees that the event can at that point be cancelled by the service provider herein without further recourse of any kind and/or nature.
d. Payment by Credit Card. Client authorizes Chef du? Jour, LLC and/or it?s affiliates hereto to run clients credit card for the amounts due hereunder, to and including any adjustments thereon and/or changes thereto and without recourse by the client to Chef du? Jour, LLC of any kind and nature. Client forfeits his/her/its? rights hereunder and under any other agreements hereto to dispute payments collected by Chef du? Jour, LLC. Should client attempt dispute hereunder, client understands and agrees that said dispute will result in payment due Chef du? Jour, LLC and that no dispute may be granted as a credit back to the client. In short, the client, herein, releases all liability and responsibility and right of dispute hereunder and understands and agrees that payment is earned by Chef du? Jour, LLC, without question. Certain credit card fees may apply and client additionally understands that a fee may be added to said amount due for processing of the same herein under.
