Experienced housekeeper/ yard maintenance. 20+ years experience in residential and commercial cleaning, also yard work and odd jobs. I have reasonable rates with excellent references and flexible hours. My base rate is $65 which includes: Floors, baseboards, kitchen area, bath and bedrooms. It will be additional charges for windows, organizing and laundry. Free quotes on additional services. Can do 1 time cleanings as well as schedule cleanings.
