Once we?ve met with the client in their home and performed an assessment based upon their personal situation and specific needs, we will develop a Service Plan and then match a companion to that client. The Service Plan, approved by our Administrator and the family and or client will provide the companion a comprehensive approach to meeting the specific needs of the clients. (There is no fee for this visit.) Service Plans include the following services:
Friendly Companionship Activities
Personal Care Reminders (hygiene)
Medication Reminders
Meal Preparation / Cooking / Menu Planning
Light House Cleaning
Laundry and Bed Linen Change
Pet Walking & Care for Client's Pets
Grocery Shopping & Errands
Social Outings (restaurant, concert, library & visits)
Transportation to Doctor Appointments, Supermarket & Pharmacy
Short and Long Term Respite
Specialty Programs These programs are designed for clients that have special circumstances regarding their individual needs. Caregivers receive training on working with clients who live with their everyday challenges.
