Cancellation Policy Registration Fee includes program activities, continental breakfast, afternoon refreshments, and syllabus materials. Certificates of Attendance will issues upon completion of workshop. No guarantee of a clinician's competence to perform there procedures is implied.
Clinicians may need additional preceptor ship experience before integrating those services into their practice.
Refunds will be given, less a $75 processing fee if 14-day advance notice is provided. No funds will be given after that time.
Should it be necessary for us to cancel a course, AMC will issue a full refund of the registration fee. AMC is not responsible for monies regitrants may have spent on penalty or nonrefundable airline tickets or hotel deposits in the event a course is canceled or sold out. A minimum number of registrants are required for each course.
