 Although Therapy is a respected field in its own right, the benefits of Coaching have been acclaimed in recent years with more people gravitating towards it. 

Think about it this way; How do famous sports players like Terrell Owens or Tom Brady play so well? They have a coach, who coaches them. Who inspires them, motivates them, analyzes where they are now and determines the best course of action for them that results in positive changes (...winning a game, scoring a touchdown). Now, imagine if those sports players are sat down before each game and had someone telling them where they’ve had problems in the past, where those problems came from, how their childhood has affected their playing abilities… How effective would they be? That is one analogy of a Therapist and Coach. The two fields, though both respectable, simply have different foci. Therapy is a slower process that focuses mainly in the past, the root of problems, and underlying issues in the subconscious, while Coaching takes those issues, evaluates where they are now, and says, what can we do now to turn those issues around, to turn negative emotions into motivation and confidence, to solve those issues and take positive action steps toward change and success. That is what a Life Coach does. I am a Life Coach that specializes in relationships. Working together through weekly or bi-weekly sessions we can reach your relationship goals, whatever they may be.

In sum, I specialize in helping individuals who either want to be in a relationship or who want to enhance their current relationship by working with them to meet their relationship goals, overcome any personal obstacles that are holding them back, and ultimately achieve success in their relationships.
